Common questions
Why do my results change from run to run?
Latency is measured from your own connection at that moment, so Wi-Fi, distance and network load all move the numbers. Run it a few times and compare.
How do I update it?
Open the App Store on your Mac and choose Updates in the sidebar.
Something isn’t working. What should I send?
Your Mac model, the macOS version and the version of Hopmeter, plus a few words on what you did just before. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
