These terms cover the River Fighter app for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. They sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which licenses the app to you through the App Store; where the two differ, the Standard EULA applies.
The game. River Fighter is a single-player arcade game. It has no ads, no in-app purchases and no account of its own, and it plays offline.
Your licence. You may install and play the game on Apple devices that you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow. The game, its code, graphics, sounds, music, name and logo belong to the developer. You may not copy, sell, rent, lend or redistribute the game, or modify or reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows it.
Fair play. Game Center's leaderboards are shared with other players. Please post only scores you earned by playing: do not use modified versions of the game, cheating tools or bugs to post scores or unlock achievements.
Game Center. Game Center is optional and is Apple's service. Using it is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. The game plays the same without it.
Privacy. What the game keeps and sends is described in the privacy policy.
Updates. The developer may update or change the game, or stop offering it, at any time. Updates may add, change or remove features.
No warranty. The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The developer does not promise that it will be free of bugs or always available.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be limited by agreement.
Apple. These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, its content or its support.
Changes to these terms. If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Playing the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
