Privacy policy

Last updated 25 October 2026

This policy covers the Tower Maestro (Kule Ustası) app for iPhone and iPad.

On your device. Your scores, best height, goals and settings are kept on your iPhone or iPad. Apart from the anonymous statistics and Game Center described below, nothing about your play leaves it.

Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and the goals you finish are also sent to Apple's Game Center, so they appear on its leaderboards and achievements and in the game's Hall of Fame under your Game Center name. Apple handles this under its own privacy policy; the developer receives none of it.

Anonymous play statistics. If you agree, the app sends anonymous statistics to the developer's own server at gaygusuz.com, to see how the game is played and make it better. For each run: how high the tower got, the score, how long the run lasted, how it ended, where and why hearts were lost, which balloons, lanterns and goals were reached, and how smoothly the game ran. For each time the app is open: how long it was open, how many runs were played, and whether sound, haptics and Reduce Motion are on. Each upload also says the app version, the iOS version, whether the device is an iPhone or an iPad (never its model), the app's language, the region chosen in your device's Language & Region settings, and whether a run is your 1st, 2nd, 10th… run or a day is the 1st, 7th, 30th… day since you started playing.

What is never sent. No name, account, email address, advertising identifier or any other identifier; no location; no contacts, photos or anything else from your device. The statistics contain nothing that tells one player from another, so they are not linked to you.

Your internet address. Like any connection, sending the statistics shows your internet (IP) address to the developer's server and to Cloudflare, which carries the developer's site. The developer's server uses it only briefly, to keep anyone from flooding it, and stores it neither with the statistics nor in its logs.

How long. The statistics of each run and each visit are kept for 13 months. After that only daily totals remain.

Your choice. After your first game the app asks once whether to send them. Nothing is sent unless you say yes; until you answer, your first game waits on your device, and a no deletes it. You can change your answer at any time in the game: Settings › Anonymous statistics. Turning them off stops them at once and deletes anything still waiting on your device to be sent. Because the statistics carry no identifier, what was already sent can't be picked out or deleted for one player.

No tracking. The app has no accounts, ads or tracking, and gives nothing to advertisers or data brokers. It plays offline; the statistics wait on your device until it is online.

When you share a postcard of your tower, the system's share sheet sends it only where you choose.
